Timeless Leader was founded by Joe Ballou, a veteran leader and educator with experience spanning K-12 education, Silicon Valley technology companies, and social impact organizations. After leading strategic initiatives and developing leaders at Box, Democracy Prep Public Schools, and other high-growth organizations, Joe founded Timeless Leader to help mission-driven leaders create lasting impact without sacrificing what matters most.
